We stay on to keep it working

Software that uses models changes behavior when the models, the data or the business change. We monitor what we built, run evaluations on every change, and keep adapting the system for as long as you use it.

Example: the maintenance loop for a claims agentA release puts the claims agent into production. Monitoring watches it, and the evaluation suite runs on real cases. Results are discussed in a weekly review, which produces fixes and changes that go into the next release. The loop does not end.ReleaseClaims agentMonitoringEval suiteWeekly reviewFixes and changes

When clients need this

  • An AI feature worked at launch, has become less reliable since, and nobody can say why.
  • A model provider is retiring the model your system depends on.
  • The business has changed, with new products, rules or systems, and the software needs to follow.

How we do it

Every system has an evaluation suite built from real cases. It runs on every change to code, prompts or models, and on a schedule in production, so a drop in quality shows up as a failing check rather than a customer complaint.

Guardrails check inputs and outputs against rules we agree with you: what the system may say, which actions need approval, and what data it must never return.

We meet on a fixed schedule to review what changed and decide what to adapt next. Our own engineers do this work.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t hand over and disappear.
  • We don’t swap models in production without running the evaluation suite first.
  • We don’t hide incidents. When something breaks, you hear it from us first, with what happened and what we changed.
