AI inside the systems your team already uses

We connect language models and agents to your CRM, ERP, inboxes, ticketing and internal databases. They read through the same permissions as your staff, write back through APIs you control, and hand off to a person when they’re unsure.

Example: an intake agent between Outlook and SalesforceEmails from an Outlook inbox go to an intake agent. The agent looks up answers in a retrieval index built from SharePoint documents and creates records in Salesforce. Cases it is unsure about go to human review, and every action is written to an audit log.SharePoint docsRetrieval indexOutlook inboxIntake agentSalesforceHuman reviewAudit log

When clients need this

  • Staff copy information from an inbox into a CRM or ERP by hand, many times a day.
  • The answers exist in internal documents, but finding them takes longer than the question deserves.
  • A model works well in a demo but has no safe way to read from or write to production systems.
  • Requests arrive as free text and have to be classified, routed or turned into structured records.

How we build it

We start with the data and permissions the model will need, and give it no more than that. Agents act through narrow, logged API calls, never through a shared admin account.

Retrieval runs against an index of your documents that lives in your environment and respects existing access rules. Where a decision carries risk, the system proposes and a person approves.

Every integration ships with an evaluation set drawn from your real cases, so accuracy is measured before launch and after every change.

Tools and models we use

  • Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT or Google Gemini, through your own provider accounts
  • Open-weight models such as Llama, Qwen or Mistral, served with vLLM when data can’t leave your infrastructure
  • Postgres with pgvector, or your existing search service, for retrieval
  • The official APIs of the systems involved, for example Salesforce, Microsoft Graph, Zendesk or SAP
tools:
  - name: salesforce.create_case
    access: write
    requires_approval: false
  - name: salesforce.update_account
    access: write
    requires_approval: true
  - name: sharepoint.search
    access: read
    filter: caller_permissions
An agent’s tools are declared, reviewed and logged. Anything that changes an account needs a person’s approval.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t add a chatbot to your website for the sake of having one.
  • We don’t give agents broad write access to production systems.
  • We don’t send your data to a model provider you haven’t approved.
  • We don’t ship without an evaluation that shows the system works on your cases.
